1. Confidentiality & Evolving Content
As a member of the OpenAI Champion Network, you have access to insights, discussions, and resources that may not be widely available. Please keep the following in mind:
-Content is subject to change: Information shared in this network reflects ongoing developments and may evolve as OpenAI continues to refine its products and programs
-Limited availability: Some content may not yet be publicly available. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, do not share materials outside the Champion Network
-Feedback is encouraged: Your insights help shape future updates. However, discussions should be approached with the understanding that details may shift over time
2. Be Respectful and Professional
This network is composed of AI leaders and innovators from diverse backgrounds. Please be courteous and considerate in all interactions. Disagreeing is fine, but always do so constructively.
3. Share and Contribute
We thrive on collective learning. Feel free to share your experiences, successes, challenges, feedback, and questions. We appreciate any feedback you choose to share about our products, and you agree that OpenAI may use your product feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
4. Stay on Topic
Please keep discussions relevant to AI strategy, enablement, change management, product feedback, and other topics that align with the Champion Network goals. Off-topic posts can make it harder for everyone to find valuable information.
5. Member Privacy
Remember, many champions are sharing their internal experiences. Respect confidentiality, never share proprietary or confidential details about OpenAI, OpenAI Champion Network members - including use cases, feedback, ideas, or questions shared in the network unless you have specific approval. Do not take or share screenshots of the OpenAI Champion Network.
6. No Promotions or Spam
This is not a space for marketing or promoting products or services. Let’s keep the focus on meaningful exchange of ideas and challenges.
7. Ask Questions, Be Curious
No question is too small. We're all here to learn. If you're unsure about something, chances are others are too. Engage with curiosity and an open mind.
8. Support Your Peers
This is a collaborative space. If you have insights, answers, or ideas that could help another member, please share. Lifting each other up is how we all succeed.
9. Social Media
Please do not share details of the OpenAI Champion Network on social media.
10. Give Feedback Thoughtfully
Feedback helps us improve, but it should always be given in a constructive and empathetic way. Consider how your words will be received before sharing.
11. Reach Out for Help
If you have questions or concerns about the community or need support, please reach out to the community manager. We’re here to make sure everyone has a great experience.
